Interim Scrum Master / BI Team Lead

Region: Utrecht
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 18-24 hours per week
Contract Duration: 6 months (with option to extend)

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI)? For a dynamic organization, we are looking for a professional who can guide a BI team, oversee processes, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

What Will You Do?

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure Agile principles are followed.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the BI team.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team performance.
• Hybrid working arrangements available.

What Do You Bring?

✅ Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Team Lead within a BI environment.

✅ Knowledge of:

• Data warehouses
• ETL processes
• BI tools such as WebFOCUS and Microsoft Azure

✅ Experience with:

• Team leadership and coaching
• Change management

✅ Scrum Master certification is considered a plus.

✅ Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
