Scrum Master (36 hours per week, Freelance/Contracting Possible)

Assignment Objective

The Scrum Master will support multiple multidisciplinary teams in their Agile transformation journey. The primary objective is to help teams achieve a higher level of Agile maturity. A baseline assessment will be conducted at the start of the assignment. Throughout the engagement, teams will be coached and facilitated to ensure they advance by at least one maturity level.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coach 2 to 3 teams at different stages of Agile maturity.
• Encourage ownership and self-organization within teams.
• Actively contribute to the organization’s cloud transformation and workplace modernization initiatives.
• Support quarterly planning activities and provide visibility into dependencies.
• Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working (HBO level) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• PSM I certification (PSM II is preferred).
• Experience with SAFe is considered an advantage.
