Project Manager – Workplace of the Future

32-36 hours per week | Flexible Location

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who brings digital transformation initiatives to life? We are looking for someone who can drive projects forward, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into tangible results.

Your Challenge

You will lead projects at the intersection of IT and business processes, including:

• Migrating users and services to Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
• Phasing out legacy storage solutions and implementing modern alternatives.
• Designing and implementing Conditional Access policies and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Coordinating user adoption activities and building organizational support.
• Contributing to the vision and development of the Workplace of the Future.

What Do You Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree level (HBO) in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management within complex environments.
• Experience with Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Conditional Access.
• Certifications in at least two of the following methodologies: PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile, or Scrum.
• Strong communication skills and proven experience in change management.
