Binnen de facilitaire organisatie werk je samen met ruim 100 collega\u2019s aan facilitaire dienstverlening, vastgoedbeheer, onderhoud en inkoop.<\/p>\n<p>As a team leader, you directly manage approximately 11 employees within the teams. <b>Purchasing<\/b>, <b>Contract management<\/b>. The purchasing department is an enthusiastic and ambitious group of professionals that places continuous improvement at the center.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>What are you going to do?<\/b><br \/><\/h3>\n<p>Als teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de teams. Je zorgt voor een effici\u00ebnte organisatie, stimuleert samenwerking en benut de aanwezige kennis. Je draagt bij aan het realiseren van het inkoop- en aanbestedingsbeleid, het uniformeren van werkwijzen en het behalen van de jaardoelen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tasks and responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the purchasing, contract management, and Order Desk teams;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing, executing and evaluating tenders;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the legality and efficiency of the procurement process;<\/li>\n<li>Managing contracts (excluding ICT contracts);<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing the purchase-to-pay process;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting continuous improvement and innovation within the department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>Job requirements (must-haves)<\/b><br \/><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>HBO working and thinking level;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in a managerial position;<\/li>\n<li>Affinity with procurement and contract management;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to inspire and motivate employees;<\/li>\n<li>You view employees as independent professionals and encourage their development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>Desired experience and competencies<\/b><br \/><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with change management in a complex organization;<\/li>\n<li>Coaching leadership style;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of process management and experience with implementing improvement projects (preferably LEAN);<\/li>\n<li>Affinity with data-driven working;<\/li>\n<li>Competencies:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Connector<\/b>: builds bridges between teams and stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li><b>People-oriented<\/b>: encourages collaboration and ownership;<\/li>\n<li><b>Change agent<\/b>: knows how to turn vision into action;<\/li>\n<li><b>Decisive<\/b>: takes responsibility and dares to make decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Are you the collaborative and decisive team leader we are looking for?
