Within the DevOps Engineer job family, you are the dedicated Test Specialist in the team. You independently verify whether the delivered software meets all requirements and specifications, and you know which test cases are needed to perform this validation. You also determine when calculation results are correct. Additionally, you ensure that delivered products meet quality standards and make the right trade-offs between quality, time, and cost. This is done in the most effective and efficient way possible.
You carry out all tasks related to testing user stories independently, including relationships between components and process steps, and coordinate testing activities performed by third parties (such as Production Acceptance Testing). You take ownership of the preparation and execution of tests and automate regression tests at the team level. You also guide team members in performing test-related activities and assist the Product Owner in defining and clarifying acceptance criteria.
Furthermore, you think in terms of product risks and translate these into efficient and effective QA measures, such as tests. Quality is your top priority, and you actively work on improving product quality and optimizing execution processes. You understand the importance of compliance and act accordingly.

- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within your area of expertise.
What You Bring
- Proactive approach to test requirements (definition of ready, definition of done, creating test cases).
- Experience with various testing tools, such as Postman, Browserstack, Appium, Gherkin, Cypress, Selenium, Tosca, SoapUI, JUnit, Robot Framework, TestNG, Cucumber. (Exact tools are not mandatory; the focus is on measurable technical experience.)
- Essential: Affinity or interest in the tools used by the team, or a clear intention to learn them quickly.
- Affinity or interest in test automation (both conceptually and technically).
- Experience with integration testing (technical, not just execution).
- Experience with End-to-End testing / chain testing (technical, not just execution).
- Interest or experience in Ops.
- Experience in Scrum, Agile, and DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with TMAP and ISTQB testing approaches.
