Lead Software Engineer Java

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to support the implementation of an Integration Layer that facilitates the integration of Lease and Factoring in the IT landscape.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Integration Layer, bound by development- and test standards and corporate architecture policies, including security and data privacy guidelines. As the team grows, you are responsible for leading your fellow engineers and ensuring that all development and operational activities result in the integration layer functioning as required.

The activities of a Senior Software Engineer are focused the following:

• Work closely with Solution Architects and Business Analysts who provide the design and requirements for the integration layer;
• Review the (technical) design of the integration layer and provide recommendations for the actual implementation;
• Provide technical guidance and assistance for other team members;
• Create API design;
• Take ownership of the development and operations for all the components belonging to the integration layer;
• Apply your knowledge and experience in developing secure and maintainable cloud native applications;
• Bring your knowledge and experience in Gitflow and CI/CD pipelines to the table.

Must have

• Java 8+;
• Spring Boot;
• Azure DevOps;
• Gitflow;
• Microservice architectures;
• RESTful API interfaces;

Nice to have

• Kotlin;
• Angular/React;
• Cloud foundry;
• Enterprise integration paterns;
• Tools: SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ, Credscan, Selenium.
