Job Description IT Support Specialist
As an IT Support Specialist you are the first line of support for our employees. You are responsible for registering, analyzing and resolving IT incidents and service requests. You work with our service desk tool (Topdesk) and contribute to an optimal IT experience for all users.
Your tasks:
- Registering and monitoring notifications in Topdesk
- Diagnosis and handling of technical problems
- Translating user wishes into solutions
- Participate in technical meetings
- Support with other service desk tasks
Requirements IT Support Specialist
- You have at least an MBO work and thinking level within the ICT field,
- Knowledge of Windows/Azure/Topdesk
- English and Dutch speaking. Knowledge of the German and/or French language is an advantage.
