Projectleader

You are a project manager working with our external ICT partner to achieve results. You can prioritize and involve your team in that process. You have experience in working with large organizations and are not discouraged by bureaucratic obstacles. We are looking for a connector who involves people (creates support, guides change, bridges gaps). Someone who feels well what is happening in different situations and with different people, and who is aware of the environment.
The project leader is responsible for aligning, coordinating, and monitoring the project. He or she consults with the program organization, information manager, and product owner about the objectives. He or she creates and manages the project plan, budget, structure, planning, and team. He or she takes into account the progress, resources, coherence, and risks of the project. He or she uses Agile project management methods like Kanban & Scrum.

It's evident that you have gained a lot of experience and qualifications working as a program and project manager. With your higher professional education/university degree and background in business informatics, you're well-equipped to successfully implement challenging programs and projects. You hold a list of certifications, including IPMA-C or higher, IPMA-Agile, Prince 2 Agile Productowner Foundation, Professional Scrum Master I, SAFe, and DevOps.

Your experience and certifications bring confidence and expertise, enabling you to tackle complex challenges and bring them to a successful conclusion. Whether it's leading large-scale programs or managing projects, you've proven that you're capable of delivering results and completing projects within budget and on time.
