The Information & Automation team from which you will operate provides both organization-wide and organization-specific information systems and ICT services. Together, we strive to provide employees with reliable ICT services and solutions. The client has a decentralized policy, whereby the domains manage and further develop their own specific information systems. I&A provides the generic information systems and the specific information systems for the Business Operations domain. Essential aspects include:
- Business Information Management;
- Process Analysis and Design;
- Business and Information Analysis;
- Architecture;
- Information Security & Privacy;
- Information Management and Archiving;
- Portfolio, Program, and Project Management;
- Functional and Application Management;
- ICT Infrastructure and Workplace Management;
- Data and Information Management;
- Innovation Management.
As an ICT specialist, you can communicate well with people and express yourself effectively both orally and in writing. You can explain the technology in clear and understandable terms. You pass on your enthusiasm to your colleagues but also know how to recognize and appreciate their expertise. Together, we ensure an up-to-date ICT environment that puts our customers at the center.
Requirements Workspace specialist ICT
MBO training level 4, Knowledge of and work experience with general ICT infrastructure Experience with common systems and applications, such as Windows 10, Office 365, antivirus products, other KA products, and supporting software, etc. Experience with Android and iOS Work experience with ITIL. Dutch speaking.
